Shopping on Smartphone Shop is safe, secure and simple. We only use secure payment methods such as Payfast, Paygate, Ozow, Payflex and Zapper. You also have the option to pay via EFT.

We have partnered with professional, private courier companies to ensure fast and efficient delivery of your order. Depending on your location, we will use either The Courier Guy, Courier IT, Dawn Wing or DHL, the best courier for your area will be chosen by our expert logistics team.

How to purchase a product on our website

Step 2.

Add the item to your cart
Once you have found an item you want to purchase, simply click add to cart. If you would like to purchase multiple items simply repeat step one and two and keep adding items to your cart.

Step 3.

Confirm the items you want to purchase
Go to your cart and confirm you have all the items in there that you would like to purchase. To go to your cart, click on the little cart icon on the top right of your screen.

Step 4.

Proceed to secure checkout
Once you have confirmed you have everything you want to purchase in your cart, proceed to secure checkout by clicking the 'Secure Checkout' button from the cart page.

Step 5.

Fill in your delivery address
On the first page of checkout, fill in your delivery address, this address should be your location on weekdays between 8am and 5pm, we can deliver to your home or office. Be sure to fill in the correct details. Please note: we do not delivery to PO boxes. Once you have filled in your delivery details, click the "Continue to select delivery method" button.

Step 6.

Select a delivery method
You can select standard delivery or overnight delivery (for main areas only), orders for more than R1000 will qualify for FREE DELIVERY. Once you have selected a delivery method, click the "Continue to Payment" button.

Step 7.

Pay for your order
Select how you want to pay for your order. You can pay with your credit, cheque or debit card using Paygate or Payfast. You can use Zapper which will allow you to scan a QR code to pay if you have the Zapper app. You can split your payment over 4 amounts with Payflex. Lastly, you can also select EFT as a payment method, which will allow you to pay us by normal bank transfer or deposit.

Step 8.

GET EXCITED

Once your payment is confirmed our team will start working on your order. Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Cape Town within 24 hours by our expert warehouse team, and deliveries are lightning fast.
